ZTE working on a rugged phone?

It looks as though the Chinese company ZTE is in the works of crafting a ruggedized cell phone – something of course that can withstand some of the stuff that mother nature dishes out time after time. Despite a decent looking leaked shot regarding the handset, going by the code name ZTE-J G380, there is no other substantial pieces of information about it. From the looks of it so far, it follows the design tradition which we have seen on other similar candybar styled rugged phones – you can clearly see how the battery cover is reinforced with a latch mechanism to keep it in place. There also looks to be very little open nooks and crannies on the handset which will keep out dirt and debris from messing with its internals. We have no doubts that this handset would easily meet some military specifications against the forces of nature.
